We accept many dental insurance plans and our experienced benefit coordinators will gladly file your claims for you. Our mission is to increase your dental benefits and decrease your out-of-pocket expense.

*Patients: Please check with your insurance provider to make sure Family Dental Center is a participant. FDC does not accept all BCBS plans

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed with the doctors. Payments may be split based on procedure. We estimate out of pockets costs for insurance policy holders and payment is due at the time of service.
